Rear Seat Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Fold down seat back.




2. Remove the plastic hinge covers (1).
3. Remove seat back hinge bolts (2).
4. Remove center seat belt retractor, if necessary.
5. Remove the lower bolts (3) from the seat.
6. Remove the rear seat (4) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Place the rear seat to the anchors.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.




2. Install the lower seat bolts (3).

Tighten the lower seat bolts (3) to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

3. Install center seat belt retractor, if removed.
4. Install the seat back hinge bolts (2).

Tighten the seat back hinge bolts (2) to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

5. Install the plastic hinge covers (1).
6. Install the rear seat to its original position.
