Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Deflector Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the trim plate (3) from the instrument panel (IP).
2. Remove the 2 screws (1) and the deflector (2) from the trim plate.
3. Remove the upper instrument panel (IP) assembly.




4. Remove the 4 screws (1) from the air outlet duct (2).
5. Remove the air outlet duct.
6. Remove the 2 screws (3) from the air deflector assembly (4).
7. Remove the air deflector assembly (4) from the upper IP (5).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air deflector assembly (4) to the upper IP (5). Secure the deflector assembly with the 2 screws (3).
2. Install the air outlet duct (2) to the upper IP. Secure the duct with the 4 screws (1).




3. Install the deflector (2) to the trim panel (3). Secure the deflector with the 2 screws (1)
4. Install the upper IP assembly.
