Heater Hose Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
2. Remove the clamps and the inlet and outlet hoses (2, 3) from the heater core.




3. Remove the clamps and the inlet and outlet hoses (1, 3) from the engine cylinder head.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the inlet and outlet hoses (2, 3) to the heater core. Secure with the clamps.




2. Install the inlet and outlet hoses (1, 3) to the engine cylinder head. Secure with the clamps.
3. Refill the engine cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
