Backup Light Bulb: Service and Repair



BACKUP LAMP BULB REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Reach up under the rear fascia to locate the backup lamp housing.




3. Remove the backup lamp socket, from the backup lamp housing, by turning counterclockwise.
4. Remove the backup lamp bulb from the lamp socket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the backup lamp bulb to the lamp socket.
2. Install the backup lamp bulb socket to the backup lamp housing by turning clockwise.
3. Lower the vehicle.
