Backup Lamp: Service and Repair



BACKUP LAMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the backup lamp electrical connector.
2. Remove the rear bumper fascia.




3. Remove the 1 bolt that retains the backup (2) lamp to the rear fascia (1).
4. Remove the backup lamp socket if required, by turning counter clockwise.
5. Remove the back up lamp (2) from the rear bumper fascia (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the back up lamp (2) to the rear bumper fascia (1).
2. Install the 1 backup lamp retaining bolt.
3. Install the backup lamp socket if removed, by turning clockwise.
4. Install the rear bumper fascia (1).
5. Reconnect the backup lamp electrical connector.
