License Plate Lamp: Service and Repair



REAR LICENSE LAMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open liftgate.
2. Remove trim panel service hole cover.




3. Disconnect the license lamp electrical connector.
4. Remove the license plate lamp bulb, turning counterclockwise.
5. Squeeze the tabs on each side of the license plate lamp (1).
6. Remove the license plate lamp (1) from the liftgate (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the license plate lamp (1) to the liftgate (2).
2. Install the license plate lamp bulb, turning clockwise.
3. Install the license plate lamp electrical connector.
4. Install the trim panel service hole cover.
5. Close liftgate.
