Rear Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair



REAR SIDE DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the rear door window.
2. Remove the following components from the rear door:
- The 4 retaining bolts (4)
- The rear side door window regulator (3)

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Apply a multipurpose grease to all lubrication and sliding points.

2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note.

Slide the regulator arm roller (2) into the window bottom channel (1). Secure the regulator with the 4 bolts (4).

Tighten the regulator bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

3. Install the rear door window.
