Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution (Service Precautions) .
Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution (Safety Glasses Warning) .
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair) .




3. Remove the front wheelhouse liner to the front air deflector push-in retainers (1).




4. Remove the front wheelhouse liner to rocker panel retaining screws (1).




5. Remove the front wheelhouse liner to wheelhouse retaining scrivets (1).
6. Remove the front wheelhouse liner from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Position the front wheelhouse liner to the vehicle.




2. Install the front wheelhouse liner to wheelhouse retaining scrivets (1).





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Install the front wheelhouse liner to rocker panel retaining screws (1).

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).





4. Install the front wheelhouse liner to the front air deflector retaining screws (1).

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair) .
6. Lower the vehicle.
