Engine Splash Shield Replacement


Removal Procedure

Caution:Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution .

Caution:Refer to Safety Glasses Caution .

1.Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .





2.Remove the engine splash shield to front subframe retaining screws (1).

3.Remove the engine splash shield (2) from the front subframe.

Installation Procedure





1.Install the engine splash shield (2) to the front subframe.

Notice:Refer to Fastener Notice .

2.Install the engine splash shield to front subframe retaining screws (1).

TightenTighten the screws to 9 N �m (80 lb in).

3.Lower the vehicle.
