Power Seat Control Module: Service and Repair



Sit-N-Lift Control Module Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the upper seat trim. Refer to Sit-N-Lift Upper Trim Replacement (Sit-N-Lift Upper Trim Replacement).




2. Remove the fasteners from the module bracket.




3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the module.




4. Remove the module from the seat base.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the module with the seat base and connect the electrical connectors to the module.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

2. Install the module bracket and secure with fasteners.

Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Test the module for proper operation.
4. Install the upper seat trim. Refer to Sit-N-Lift Upper Trim Replacement (Sit-N-Lift Upper Trim Replacement).
