Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly bolts.
3. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air cleaner assembly.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

Note: Ensure that the air conditioning (A/C) condenser and evaporator tube assembly is placed on top of the air cleaner at the inboard rear attaching location prior to installing the bolt.

2. Install the air cleaner assembly bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
