Intake Manifold Sight Shield Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).




2. Apply suitable upward pressure at both ends of the intake manifold sight shield bracket (1).
3. Remove the intake manifold sight shield bracket (1) from the intake manifold sight shield bracket supports (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the intake manifold sight shield bracket (1) to the intake manifold sight shield bracket supports (2).

Note: Apply equal pressure at both ends of the intake manifold sight shield bracket (1). Failure to comply may result in damage to the intake manifold sight shield bracket (1)

2. Apply equal suitable downward pressure at both ends of the intake manifold sight shield bracket (1) to engage the intake manifold sight shield bracket (1) to the intake manifold sight shield bracket supports (2).
3. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).
