J-39194-C - Oxygen Sensor Wrench

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector (2) and wire harness clamp (1).




2. Using the J-39194-C - wrench (1) , remove the air fuel ratio sensor.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

Note: This torque value can be obtained by using a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in) and a J-39194-C - wrench with 30 mm (1.18 in). This torque value is effective when the J-39194-C - wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.

1. Using a J-39194-C - wrench (1) , install the air fuel ratio sensor and tighten.

* Without a J-39194-C - wrench to 44 Nm (32 lb ft)
* With a J-39194-C - wrench to 40 Nm (30 lb ft)




2. Connect the air fuel ratio sensor connector (2) and wire harness clamp (1).




3. Install the exhaust manifold heat insulator with the 4 bolts (1, 2, 3, 4) and tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb ft).
4. Inspect for exhaust leaks.
