Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the fuel pump. Refer to Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).





Note: Make sure that the fuel sender gauge arm does not bend.

2. Release the lock (2) and slide the fuel sender gauge assembly to remove it.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the left fuel sender gauge assembly for AWD.

Note: Do not damage the wire harness.

2. Install the fuel sender gauge assembly by sliding it downward.

Note: Make sure that the fuel sender gauge arm does not bend.

3. Connect the connector of the fuel sender gauge assembly.




4. Install the fuel sender gauge assembly by sliding it downward for FWD.

Note: Make sure that the fuel sender gauge arm does not bend.

5. Connect the connector (1) of the fuel sender gauge assembly.
6. Install the fuel pump. Refer to Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement .
