Case Cover Assembly Assemble




1. Coat a new needle roller bearing with ATF WS.
2. Using a press (1), install the needle roller bearing into the transmission case cover.

Standard clearance - 25.1 mm (0.988 in)




3. Compress the oil seal rings from both sides to reduce dimension A.

Dimension A - 5.0 mm (0.197 in)

4. Coat the oil seal rings with ATF WS and install them to the transmission case cover.
