Case Cover Assembly Installation




1. Coat the new O-rings with ATF WS, and install them to the fluid pressure test hole plugs.
2. Install the fluid pressure test hole plugs (1-4) to the transmission case cover and tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb in).




3. Apply Three Bond 1281 sealant, or equivalent, to the transaxle case.




4. Install the transmission case cover with the bolts and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
