Power Door Lock Switch: Service and Repair




Door Lock Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Using a taped flat bladed tool, gently disengage the clip and the seven retainers of the side door power lock switch mounting plate, and slide rearward from the front side door trim.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.




3. Using a taped flat-bladed tool, disengage the two clips and remove the power lock switch.

Installation Procedure




1. Engage the two clips and install the power lock switch.
2. Connect the electrical connector.




3. Slide the side door power lock switch mounting plate forward to engage the clip and the seven retainers to the front side door trim.
