EN-46577 - Oxygen Sensor Remover/Installer

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the windshield wiper motor and link assembly. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement (Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement).
2. Remove the outer cowl top panel.
3. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).




4. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector (1) and clamp (2).




5. Using the EN-46577 - remover/installer (1), remove the air fuel ratio sensor.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution)

1. Using the EN-46577 - remover/installer (1), install the air fuel ratio sensor and tighten to 44Nm (32 lb ft).




2. Connect the air fuel ratio sensor connector (1) and clamp (2).
3. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Install the outer cowl top panel.
5. Install the windshield wiper motor and link assembly. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement (Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement).
6. Inspect for exhaust gas leaks.
