Delivery Flow

1. Disconnect the fuel return line at the fuel pressure regulator and connect a fuel return test hose to the pressure regulator. Place the other end of the hose in an unbreakable, graduated container.
2. Turn the fuel pump switch on and run the pump for 30 seconds. At least 0.91 - 0.95 qt should collect in the container.
3. If the pressure drops by more than 1.5 - 2.9 psi (0.1 - 0.2 bar) and the delivery valve is operating satisfactorily, replace the fuel pressure regulator.
