Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair
To remove
1 Unplug the connector.
2 Loosen the hose clips on the connecting hoses.
3 Remove the mass air flow sensor.
To fit
IMPORTANT
The mass air flow sensor must be fitted in the intake air pipe with the arrows in the direction of flow.
1 Put the mass air flow sensor in place.
2 Tighten the hose clips on the connecting hoses.
3 Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 (part no.30 04 520) and plug it in.
