Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

1 Flap
2 STAR DIAGNOSIS plug
X11/4 Data link connector

1 Release flap (1) in upper area (arrow) and fold downward.
2 Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS to data link connector (X11/4).
Ensure that STAR DIAGNOSIS (2) plug locks in position.
3 Switch on ignition.
4 Start DAS application.
Stored faults which may be caused by disconnecting cables or by simulation during testing operations must be deleted in the diagnostic trouble code memory following the completion of the operations.
5 Disconnect STAR DIAGNOSIS in reverse order.
