Fuel Return Line: Service and Repair

PRELIMINARY PROCEDURES
1. Release fuel pressure.
2. Remove rear seat.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Floor And Pillar Trim:

1. Remove L.H. threshold, pillar and rear seat trim.

Carpet And Fasteners:

2. Lift carpet along L.H. floorboard.

Fuel And Delivery Hoses:

3. In engine compartment, disconnect fuel delivery and return hoses.

Canister Hoses:

4. In engine compartment, disconnect canister hoses.

Fuel Lines:

5. In passenger compartment, disconnect fuel and vapor hoses.
6. Remove fuel lines from clips.
7. Pull fuel lines out of firewall and into passenger compartment to remove.
8. Install in reverse order.
