Cylinder Head





Tighten the bolts 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m, 14 ft. lbs.) in numerical sequence as shown in the figure.
Tighten the bolts 50 Nm (5.1 kgf-m, 37 ft. lbs.) in numerical sequence as shown in the figure.
Back off all the bolts 180° in reverse order of installation, and back them off again by 180°
Tighten the bolts 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m, 14 ft. lbs.) in numerical sequence as shown in the figure.
Tighten the bolts (1) - (4) 48 Nm (4.9 kgf-m, 35.4 ft. lbs.) in numerical sequence.
Tighten the bolts (5) - (8) 44 Nm (4.5 kgf-m, 33 ft. lbs.) in numerical sequence.
Tighten all bolts 90° in the numerical order as shown in the figure.
Tighten the bolt (1) - (4) 45° in the numerical order.

Flatness Standard 0.02 mm (0.0008 inch)
Inner diameter of valve lifter hole 32.994 - 33.016 mm (1.2990 - 1.2998 inch)
Standard height 124 ± 0.05 mm (4.88 ± 0.0020 inch)
