System Specifications

Cylinder head bolts

Tighten 20 N.m (2.0 kgf-m, 14.8 ft-lb)
Tighten 50 N.m (5.1 kgf-m, 36.9 ft-lb)
Loosen all bolts 180 degrees
Loosen them further 180 degrees
Tighten 20 N.m (2.0 kgf-m, 14.8 ft-lb)
Tighten bolts (1) - (4) 48 N.m (4.9 kgf-m, 35.4 ft-lb)
Tighten bolts (5) - (8) 44 N.m (4.5 kgf-m, 32.5 ft-lb)
Tighten all bolts 90 degrees
Tighten bolts (1) - (4) 45 degrees





Warping limit mm (in) 0.020 (0.0008)

Cam bearing caps





Cam sprocket
Tightening torque 29.5 N.m (3.0 kgf-m, 21.8 ft-lb)
Further tighten the bolt 45 degrees ±5 degrees
