Heat Shield: Service and Repair
Heat Shield CoverREMOVAL
1. FRONT HEAT SHIELD COVER
NOTE: For 2.5 L non-turbo model, refer to "EXHAUST SYSTEM" section.
1. Remove the rear exhaust pipe and muffler. (H6 model)
- Rear exhaust pipe
- Muffler
2. Remove the four bolts to remove the front heat shield cover.
2. REAR HEAT SHIELD COVER
NOTE: For 2.5 L non-turbo model, refer to "EXHAUST SYSTEM" section.
1. Remove the muffler. (H6 model)
2. Remove the bolts, and remove the rear heat shield cover. (H6 model)
INSTALLATION
Install each part in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque:
