Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor




Removal
1. Disconnect negative cable at battery and coupler from MAF sensor (2).
2. Remove throttle body (1), referring to "Throttle Body Removal and Installation".

CAUTION:
- Don't remove MAF sensor from throttle body.
- Do not expose MAF sensor (throttle body) to any shock.
- Do not blow compressed air by using air gun or the like.
- Do not put finger or any other object into MAF sensor and keep away from net. Malfunction may occur.

Installation
1. Install throttle body, referring to "Throttle Body Removal and Installation".
