EGR Valve: Service and Repair
EGR Valve Assembly EGR Valve Resistence:
Removal 1.
Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2.
Disconnect
EGR valve coupler (2).
3.
Remove
EGR valve (1) and gasket from intake manifold (3).
InstallationReverse removal procedure noting the following.

Clean mating surface of
EGR valve (1) and intake manifold (3).
-
Use new gasket (2).
