Transfer Oil Level Check

1) Hoist vehicle.
2) Remove right and left engine undercovers, and check oil leakage. If leakage exists, correct it.
3) Remove transfer oil level/filler plug (1), check for oil contamination, and that the oil is just below the oil level/filler plug hole (2).

If oil is excessively dirty or insufficient, replace oil or pour specified oil up to plug hole.
4) Apply sealant to thread of level / filler plug, and then tighten it to specified torque.

"A" Sealant: 99000-31260 (SUZUKI Bond No.1217G)

Tightening torque
Transfer oil level / filler plug (a): 23 Nm (2.3 kgf-m, 17.0 lbf-ft)
