Heater Control Valve: Service and Repair
Heater Control Valve (Vehicles Without A/C), Removing -
Remove clip -1- and remove cable end -2- from lever

Clamp coolant hoses near valve

Remove spring clamps from coolant hoses and remove coolant hoses from valve
-
Remove valve
NOTE: -
Release coolant system pressure and drain coolant before beginning repair.

Refill with coolant after installing/replacing control valve.
