Caster

The caster should be checked in the following cases:

^ Steering pulls to one side

^ Front wheel shimmy

ADJUSTING CASTER

^ Loosen nut -a-.

^ Turn eccentric bolt -b- until correct specification is achieved.

Note:
The eccentric bolt (only M 12 x 1.5 bolt) should be replaced if the nut for adjusting the caster has been loosened.

^ Tighten nut.

Tightening Torques:

Nut M 12: 75 Nm (55 ft lb) and turn 90° (1/4 turn) further

Nut M 14: 160 Nm (118 ft lb)
