^ VAS 5051/1 or VAS 5051/3 diagnostic cable
^ VAS 5051/2 diagnostic adapter

^ Open cover for diagnostic connection in lower steering column.





^ With ignition switched off, connect tester VAS 5051 to diagnostic connection using diagnostic cable 5051/1 or 5051/3.





^ Switch on tester-arrow-.

Now the tester requires approximately 3 minutes to run up.
^ Switch on ignition.
^ Select the zone "Vehicle self-diagnosis" on touch screen.

The display will now guide you further.
