Access/Start Authorization Antenna In Luggage Compartment (R137)

Component location of Access/start authorization antenna in luggage compartment (R137) is in luggage compartment, at center in front of spare wheel well.

• No coding, basic setting or adaptation is necessary if Access/start authorization antenna in luggage compartment is replaced. Erase the resulting entry in the DTC memory Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B).


• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove the key.

Removal

- Remove the floor covering from the luggage compartment.

- Remove the access/start authorization antenna in luggage compartment (R137) - 1 - vertically. Pay attention to the wires still connected.






- Release and disconnect the harness connector - arrow -. Remove the access/start authorization antenna in luggage compartment - 1 - from the vehicle.

Installation

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
