• Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump relay (J299)





1 Combi-valve

• For cylinder bank 1

2 10 Nm

3 For Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve (N112)

4 Combi-valve

• For cylinder bank 2

5 Gasket

6 Connecting hose

• From cylinder bank 1 to cylinder bank 2

7 Secondary air injection (AIR) solenoid valve (N112)

8 10 Nm

9 Bracket

10 To vacuum reservoir

11 Hose coupling

• Press together at front to release

12 Pressure hose

• Ensure seated tightly

• Press together at front to release

13 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101)

14 From air filter

15 Pressure pipe

• Fastened to cylinder head cover

16 8 Nm

17 10 Nm

18 For Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve (N112)

Secondary air injection (AIR) pump relay (J299)





• Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Relay - 1 - is inserted in socket A4.

• If tools are necessary to pull relays or control modules out of the relay plate, first disconnect battery Ground (GND) strap.
