Torque specifications:

Cylinder Head Bolts





First pass Hand tighten new cylinder head bolts
Second pass 35 Nm
Third pass 60 Nm
Fourth pass Tighten all bolts (1/4 turn) (90°)
Final pass Tighten all bolts again 1/4 turn (90°)

Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts
Please refer to Camshafts and Camshaft Adjusters, Removing and Installing for tightening specifications and procedure.

Toothed Belt Crankshaft Sprocket Centered Bolt 200 Nm plus an additional 1/2 (180°) additional turn
Replace

Vibration Damper/Belt Pulley Bolts 22 Nm

Drive Plate Bolts
First pass Hand tighten new bolts
Final pass 30 Nm plus an additional 1/4 turn (90°) (turning further may be performed in several steps)

Oil Pump Mounting Bolts 30 Nm

Oil Pump Sprocket Bolt 34 Nm

Coolant Pump Bolts
First pass hand tight
Final pass 14 Nm
