Windshield Washer System, Installing

- Insert wiper motor with frame and linkage into vehicle.

- Screw in upper mounting bolts - 1 -.






- Install lower nut with washer - 2 -.

- Tighten all threaded connections to specified torques shown in => [ Windshield Wiper System Overview ] Windshield Wiper System Overview.

- Connect connector - 1 - to wiper motor connection until it engages.






- Clip in wire bracket - 2 - into retaining plate bore.

- Install plenum chamber cover and plenum chamber seal in reverse order.

- Connect the battery. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Removal and Replacement.

- Install wiper arms. Refer to => [ Windshield Wiper Arm ] Service and Repair.
