Throttle Valve

1. Remove throttle body from intake manifold.
2. Remove throttle switch from throttle body.
3. Clean throttle body.
4. Check and adjust throttle valve centering in throttle valve housing.
5. Loosen adjusting screw until throttle valve is fully closed.
6. Screw adjusting screw in until throttle just begins to open, then screw in an additional half turn.
7. Tighten adjusting screw lock nut.
8. Reinstall throttle switch.
9. Reinstall throttle body on intake manifold.
