As part of the Pre-Delivery Service for 1993 Model Year 960 vehicles, the Toe-in must be checked and aligned.

This procedure is being implemented to ensure that each 960 delivered meets Volvo specifications.

Each Pre-Delivery Service form will carry a computer generated message in the additional adjustment section "960 toe-in check and align."

An additional .6 hours will be added automatically to the mechanical reimbursement portion ("P" claim) of the Pre-Delivery Service. DO NOT SUBMIT A SEPARATE CLAIM.

This program covers 1993 960 models only and will be effective until further notice.





Toe angle - the total toe angle should be set at the lower range of the service specification. That is the total toe angle (2a) 12' +/- 2'. For reference, the normal service specification is 18' +/- 8'. See Diagram.
