Oil Level Warning Indicator: Testing and Inspection
Oil level sensor, checking T10B28 Engine:
Diesel Engine:

Remove battery negative lead.
-
Measure between terminals on sensor with an ohmmeter.
Resistance should be 9 ohm irrespective of whether sensor is in oil or air and whether it is cold or warm.
