Turbocharger Boost Pressure Turbocharger boost pressure is given in absolute pressure.
Absolute pressure = atmospheric pressure + gauge pressure.
Initial boost pressure: 125-132 kPa (17.8-18.8 psi) (absolute pressure) at 3,000 rpm and +20°C (68°F).
Maximum boost pressure: 136-150 kPa (19.3-21.3 psi) (absolute pressure) at 5,100 rpm and +20°C (68°F).
