CONNECTING THE VOLVO SCAN TOOL

^ Ignition OFF.
^ Install memory cassette.





^ Connect the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) cabling to the Data Link Connector (DLC) in front of the gear selector.
^ Ignition ON.
^ Power up the Volvo Scan Tool (ST).
^ Select language, car, group of functions.
^ Select system.

^ Select DIAGNOSTIC TEST to read-off and erase diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), activate components/functions and reset adaptive functions.

^ Select READ DTCs to read-off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), status, counter and frozen values.

^ Select ERASE DTC to erase diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), counters and frozen values.
