Transmission Control Module

LOCATION
The transmission control module (TCM) is located in the control module box in the engine compartment, compartment no. 3, with other engine management system control modules.





PART AND SERIAL NUMBER
The transmission control module (TCM) part number and serial numbers are stamped on a plate on the unit.

5 Number according to car specification, type code

6 Location. Compartment no. 3 in the control module box

SIGNAL VOLTAGE LEVELS
The system works at two signal voltage levels, 5 V and 12 V, on the terminals in the Transmission Control Module (TCM) which is connected to the Engine Control Module (ECM).
