Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if CAN-L signal cable voltage is below 0.5 for more than 3 seconds.

Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to ground in the CAN-L signal cable.
- Fault in combined instrument panel.

Fault symptom[s]
- No functions working.
