Installing the tracing agent injector

Note! On newer filling/draining/vacuum pumping stations there is a reservoir for injecting oil. It can be used for filling with fluorescent tracing agent before filling with refrigerant and after vacuum pumping.

Installation

Installing the tracing agent injector
Check that there is no pressure in the hoses for the draining / recycling station. Evacuate the hoses if necessary.
Disconnect the low and high pressure hoses if necessary.
Connect the hose supplied with the injector kit to the station.




Connect the injector to the hose.
Connect the drainage and filling valve to the injector using the hose.
