Checking Alarm

- Remove the key from the ignition switch
- Close hood and doors including trunk lid/tailgate, ensure that a side window is open
- Activate alarm by locking car with remote control or with key.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds and set off the alarm by reaching into the passenger compartment and moving it around.

The alarm signal (horn or siren) should start to sound, the turn signal lamps start to flash and the interior lighting lights up.
