Ignition on (For ECC, start engine).

Start blower fan.
Check that blower fan functions, that it is possible to control fan speed and that there is no unusual noise from the fan etc.
NOTE: For ECC, check also fan function in AUT position (move passenger compartment temperature selector so the fan starts).
