Oxygen Sensor: Service and Repair




HEATED OXYGEN SENSORS (HO2S), REPLACING

Heated oxygen sensors (H02S), removing



Remove the hose between preheating and the air cleaner (ACL).
Disconnect the connectors.
Expose the wiring.




Remove the heated oxygen sensors (HO2S). Use tool 999 5543.


Installing heated oxygen sensors (HO2S)
Install the heated oxygen sensors (HO2S). Use tool 999 5543 .
Tighten to 45 Nm.




Reconnect connectors.
Secure wiring.
Install the hose between preheating and the air cleaner (ACL).
