Front Door Window Glass: Service and Repair

REPLACING FRONT SIDE WINDOW

REMOVE:
- Window handle (A): Remove the cover plate. Press in the catch under the handle. Slide it along the winder handle
- Insert a drift (screwdriver) in hole as illustrated at the same time as the handle is withdrawn.
- 2 screws under the panel.
- 4 screws (C) from the underside of the door panel.
- Inner door opener handle (D) pull straight up
- 1 screw (E) for loudspeaker (through panel in door panel).
- Lift door panel up and off.
- Loudspeakers cable at the connector. Wind down window so that it is free of the window lift mechanism.

- Inner weatherstrip.
- Lift the window by sliding down into the bottom position then pull it up and out.






INSTALL:
- Secure window in the window rail.
- Window in window lift mechanism.
- Inner weatherstrip.
- Loudspeaker
- Door panel
