Windshield Washer Pump: Service and Repair

FC1 Removing Windshield Washer Pump:

NOTE: If equipped with a radio suppressor this should be removed.




The washer motor is changed from underneath the car.
- Turn ignition off.
- Place a container under the reservoir to collect windshield washer fluid.

Remove:
- the washer motor from the washer reservoir.
- the switch and hoses from the washer motor.

- Replace the motor.
- Reinstall in reverse order.

Carry out a function test on the motor and check for leakage.
