Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Hose Clip Pliers (VAS 6340)

Removing






- Remove the left exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Left Exhaust Manifold ] Left Exhaust Manifold

- Remove the bolts - 1 and 2 - and the lower left coolant pipe from the coolant hoses - arrows -.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Overview ] Coolant Pipes Overview

• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

- Install the left exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Left Exhaust Manifold ] Left Exhaust Manifold.
