1 Nut

• Replace

• Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.

• Tightening specifications and sequence. Refer to=> [ Left Exhaust Manifold, Tightening Specifications
and Sequence ] , => [ Right Exhaust Manifold, Tightening
Specifications and Sequence ]

2 Bracket for Heat Shield

3 Exhaust Manifold

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Left Exhaust Manifold ] Left Exhaust Manifold, => [ Right Exhaust Manifold ] Right Exhaust Manifold

4 Gasket

• Replace

5 Heat Shield

6 Bolt

• 10 Nm

7 Oxygen Sensor

• Before catalytic converter

8 Front Exhaust Pipe with Catalytic Converter and Front Muffler

• Protect from shocks and impact stress

9 Nut

• Replace

• 23 Nm

• Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.

10 Gasket

• Replace

Left Exhaust Manifold, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





• Replace the nuts.

• Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste.

- Tighten the nuts in 3 steps according to the tightening sequence:

• Replace the nuts.
